Group meetup app that replaces the public "maybe" with a blind, deadlined RSVP: members anonymously back candidate times and activities, then commit in a timed moment that either clears or silently fizzles. Expo client for iOS, Android and web against a typed Fastify and tRPC API with Zod schemas shared end to end, over Drizzle and Postgres with Clerk auth. Design was driven by a 43-response survey and two rounds of user interviews, including a round run against the built app. There is no hosted instance running at the moment.

Why it matters

The largest team codebase I have worked on, and the one where the product decisions were argued from evidence rather than taste: every shipped change traces to a specific finding in a documented evidence matrix.
